PROGRAMMES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013/2014
(FIRST SELECTION-FIRST BATCH)
The candidates listed below have been selected to join various diploma and certificate
programmes at Mzumbe University (MU) in the academic year 2013/2014.
N.B It should be noted that the application and selection procedures are still
going on as the deadline for application is not yet, therefore candidates
who will not appear in this list their applications are on process as long as
they have applied and they meet minimum entry qualifications.
PAYMENT OF FEE AS ADMISSION ACCEPTANCE
To confirm their acceptance of the admission, all selected candidates will be required
to produce evidence of payment of appropriate fee by 30th September 2013.
Fee to be paid directly to the University is as follows:
A. DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES
Tshs.
Tuition per year (including registration, tuition, examination, and library
services)
1,200,000
Non-refundable medical fee per year 75,000
Caution money 50,000
Total Tshs 1,325,000
B. CERTIFICATE PROGRAMMES
Tshs.
Tuition per year (including registration, tuition, examination, and library
services)
1,000,000
Non-refundable medical fee per year 75,000
Caution money 50,000
Total Tsh 1,125,000
Caution money: Tshs. 50,000/= payable prior to registration in the first semester

ACCOMODATION
Accommodation at the University is limited. Candidates selected to join Mzumbe Main
Campus are kindly requested to read information on Off-Campus Hostels contained in
their joining instructions and make communications and accommodation
arrangements if possible before reporting.
REPORTING DATES
All selected candidates are required to report and register at the Mzumbe University
Main Campus and Mbeya Campus College between 14th October 2013 and 20th
October 2013. Candidates who will not have registered by this date will have forfeited
their admissions....
